The Constitution of Chapter 22, A.S.C. makes provision for honoring American Singer fanciers of unusual dedication. Under Article IV, Subsection B, Part 5, the special DRAGON award is to be awarded to a breeder "...each year for outstanding effort on behalf of the fancy. If he is not a member, it makes him an honorary member for life. Such factors considered are: work, years in the fancy, how many novices he has started, how enthusiastically and consistently he has exhibited, and how unselfish his behavior. Voting is by secret ballot." A medallion with ribbon will be presented to all inductees. Members of the Order of the DRAGON:
